Preparing for Your Journey
These sessions are powerful, and preparation matters. The more you understand what to expect—and how to ready yourself—the deeper and more transformative your experience will be.
What to Expect During Your Session
Before We Begin:
We’ll start with a conversation. I’ll ask about your intentions, your questions, and what you’re hoping to heal or understand. This isn’t just intake—it’s sacred space-setting. Your nervous system needs to know you’re safe before we go deep.
During Hypnosis:
You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state. You’ll remain conscious and aware—this isn’t sleep. You’ll hear my voice, you’ll be able to speak, and you’ll remember most (if not all) of the experience.
Some people see vivid scenes, like watching a movie. Others feel sensations, emotions, or receive knowing without images. There’s no wrong way to experience this. Your subconscious will communicate in the way that’s right for you.
What Hypnosis Feels Like:
Like that moment right before you fall asleep—deeply relaxed, but still aware. Or like being absorbed in a daydream. You’re not “out of control.” You’re actually more connected to your inner world than usual.
After the Session: We’ll debrief together. I’ll help you make sense of what came through and offer integration support. You’ll receive a recording of your session (for QHHT and Past Life Regression) so you can revisit it as you integrate.
How to Prepare
Mentally & Emotionally:
-
Set a clear intention. What do you want to heal, understand, or release?
-
For QHHT: Write down questions you have for your Higher Self and bring them to your session
-
Release expectations about what “should” happen. Trust your process.
-
Avoid substances (alcohol, recreational drugs) for at least 24 hours before
Physically:
-
Get good sleep the night before (but don’t stress if you don’t—your subconscious will still show up)
-
Eat a light, grounding meal before your session. Avoid heavy, processed foods.
-
Avoid caffeine on the day of your session—it can make deep relaxation more difficult
-
Wear comfortable clothing. You’ll be lying down for an extended period.
-
Hydrate well in the days leading up to your session
Energetically:
-
Spend time in stillness before your session. Meditate, journal, or walk in nature.
-
Let go of control. Your soul knows where you need to go.
-
Trust that what comes through is exactly what’s meant to
What Integration Looks Like
Healing doesn’t end when the session ends. In fact, the real work often begins after.
In the Days Following:
-
You may feel deeply emotional, spacious, or surprisingly tired. All normal.
-
Dreams may become more vivid. Your subconscious is processing.
-
Old patterns may surface one last time as they release. Don’t panic—it’s part of the process.
-
You may feel called to make changes in your life. Listen to that.
How to Support Integration:
-
Listen to your session recording (if provided) regularly
-
Journal about insights, emotions, or shifts you notice
-
Move your body gently—walk, stretch, dance
-
Spend time in nature
-
Reach out if you need support. I’m here for you beyond the session.

Final Note
This work is sacred. It’s not for everyone, and that’s okay. But if you’re here, it’s because something in you is ready.
